Add cold water and lamb to a boiling pot, bring it to a low heat, and remove any foam.
4.
Put the vegetables, green onion, ginger, and ingredients in a pot, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 2 hours.
5.
Remove the meat and place it on a plate, and steam it in water for 1 hour.
6.
Put the cumin grains in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them, add salt and mix well to make a dip.
7.
Cut the steamed meat into 2 cm wide strips and serve with the dipping sauce.
Tips:
1 For those who like spicy food, add chili powder to the dipping sauce.
2 Adding vegetables and spices when cooking the soup can remove the mutton smell and make the mutton have a natural sweet fragrance.
