Hand-made Noodles with Mixed Sauce

A piece of dough.

Tips:
1. Boil a pot of boiling water. After the water is boiled, add salt to the noodles. The noodles can be easily cooked by hand. You don't need to cook for too long, otherwise it will break and stick to the soup.
2. Add appropriate amount of water and a small amount of edible alkali to the flour, which is slightly drier than the dumpling wrapper. Knead it vigorously.
