Hand-painted Pattern Cake
1.
Prepare the materials used and weigh the amount
2.
Separate the yolk and the egg whites and put them in two oil-free and water-free basins. There should be no egg yolks in the egg whites. (I accidentally mixed the egg yolks with the egg whites, but I couldn't pass them.)
3.
Add 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolk, stir evenly with a manual whisk, and then add corn oil in portions, stirring evenly each time
4.
Sift in the flour and stir evenly
5.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add the remaining sugar in three times, add one-third of the electric whipping until the big fish is soaked, add one-third when it's small foam, and add the remaining sugar when the lines appear. Keep whipping
6.
Just send it until you can pull out two sharp corners
7.
Put one-third of the egg whites into the cake batter
8.
Stir evenly
9.
Pour the mixed egg yolk paste back into the egg white
10.
Use the method of stirring, stir evenly in a J-shape
11.
Pour the egg batter into a six-inch mold
12.
Gently shake twice, put in the preheated oven, middle level, and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
13.
After being out of the oven, drop it slightly and buckle it upside down on the drying rack to cool down
14.
Demould after cooling thoroughly
15.
200 grams of whipped cream and 20 grams of caster sugar to whip
16.
Spread a layer of cream on the cake
17.
Use a toothpick to outline the pattern
18.
Draw the pattern with the chocolate drawing cream
19.
Paint the other parts of the character with light blue first, or paint later, using a one-time piping bag, put in the colored cream, cut a small mouth, and squeeze it out.
20.
Framed yellow clothes
21.
Just put the skin color on your face and hands
