Hand-rolled Noodles with Cabbage

1. Add clean water to the flour in batches, stir it with chopsticks to form a flocculent shape, then awake it for a while, roll it out into a round shape, fold it up and down, sprinkle a layer of flour every time you fold to prevent sticking together, and then Cut into even noodles, shake off, spread out and set aside.
