Hand-rolled Noodles with Spinach Sauce

400 grams of flour, and two pieces of noodles. Half of the noodles are mixed with spinach juice and 1 teaspoon of salt, and the other is cold boiled with 1 teaspoon of salt. The dough takes a while.

Roll the dough into large pieces and fold it up.

Boil the water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes if you want to eat the chewy ones, and cook for a while longer if you want to eat the soft or rotten ones.
