Handmade Cheese Bread

I prepared all the ingredients and sorted them together.

Stir the yeast and milk evenly.

Eggs, sift in high and low powder, sugar, salt and mix well, then pour the mixture of milk and yeast into the flour several times

Stir into flakes.

Knead into a ball.

Add the butter three times until the dough is absorbed each time.

After making the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it grow to 2-2.5 times the original dough (the temperature at my home is 23 degrees, about 60 minutes)

Take out a small agent, after exhausting, knead it into an oval shape with two pointed ends, and place it on the baking tray.

After preheating the oven for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, then put in the baking tray and a cup of hot water, continue to ferment for 20 minutes, you can see that the fire is a little bigger than the original, 100 degrees, 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take it out, brush with egg wash, and put on mozzarella cheese.

The salad dressing is in the pocket, and a small 1mm cut is made on the side.

Squeeze it on the bread and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Toasted bread.
