Handmade Christmas Sausage Bread

Prepare ingredients.

Stir the yeast and milk evenly.

After making the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it grow to 2-2.5 times the original dough (the temperature at my home is 23 degrees, about 60 minutes)

Cut into the shape of a Christmas tree.

After that, put your favorite sausages in the middle (I put mashed sausages).

After preheating the oven for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, then put in a baking tray and a cup of hot water, continue to ferment for 20 minutes, open the fire, 100 degrees, 15 minutes.
