Handmade Colorful Taro Balls

After pressing the taro into a puree, add tapioca flour in a ratio of one to one. If you want to eat Q points, add more powder, but don't get too much, otherwise it will be too hard.

Press all into a puree, then add tapioca flour, be sure to knead hard, don't show mercy. Then if it is too dry, add some water, little by little, not too much.

It will be enough to make all of them into soft balls. I find that the sweet potato family is really powerful because it has so many colors. There are purple, red, yellow, and sweet potatoes.

Tips:
