Handmade Cornmeal Buns

Prepare flour and cornmeal (1:1)

Corn flour yeast (1:1)

Break the yeast into small pieces and put the corn flour in a bowl

Knead with warm water

Put flour and soda noodles on the chopping board and mix

Tips:
In autumn and winter, the temperature is low, so you can appropriately extend the baking time or increase the amount of yeast.
The ratio of flour can be increased, and the steamed buns are easy to shape.
