Handmade Crystal Biscuits

[Materials] 50 grams of butter, 20 grams of egg liquid, 30 grams of powdered sugar, 150 grams of low powder, 1 gram of baking powder.

A moderate amount of fruit candy.

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it.

Add powdered sugar.

Beat until the butter becomes larger.

Add the egg mixture in 2 times and beat until fully integrated.

Finally, sift in low flour, mix evenly, and knead into a dough.

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

After refrigerating, roll out the dough and carve out the shape with a mold (the space in the middle is carved by myself with a knife).

Put it in a baking dish lined with greased paper.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake it at 180° in the upper and lower fire for 10 minutes, and then take it out.

Put the fruit candy in the hole in the middle of the biscuit.

Put it in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes. (Pay attention to the change of the candy, it is easy to paste)
