10. Spread a layer of plastic wrap inside the container and brush some cooking oil on the plastic wrap (to prevent sticking). Tips:

1. If donkey-hide gelatin is bought in a pharmacy, try to powder it.
2. If you can't eat sweet, you can put less or no rock sugar.
3. The sesame must be fried first, otherwise it will be as flavorless as eating sand.
4. The sesame must be put last.
5. Be sure to put oiled plastic wrap in the container first, and don't stick it out when the time comes.
