Handmade Matcha Ice Cream, A Touch of Green to Your Heart

Prepare the required ingredients.

Pour the egg yolk and caster sugar into an egg beater and beat until slightly whitish.

Pour the milk into a small milk pot and boil on low heat until it boils.

Then slowly pour into the egg yolk bowl, stirring while pouring, to prevent lumps.

Then pour the egg yolk liquid back into the pot, simmer on low heat until it is thick, and stir diligently while cooking. In this process, the spatula will continue to stir from the bottom without leaving any dead ends. (The thermometer monitors to around 82℃)

Sieve from the fire.

After the white chocolate has melted, add matcha powder and mix well.

Mix the matcha white chocolate with the English milk sauce.

Pour in the remaining whipped cream and milk, and mix well again.

Sift again.

Pour into the ice cream machine and turn on the "Mellow" gear.

The made matcha ice cream is soft and can be eaten directly or frozen in a mold.
Tips:
Matcha ice cream with some honey red beans is super awesome, more combinations depend on how you like it!
