Handmade Taro Balls

500g peeled sweet potatoes, steamed in a pot

Add 30g sugar to the steamed sweet potato

Rolled into mashed potatoes

Weigh 250g tapioca flour and mix it with sweet potato mash

Tips:
1. The ratio of sweet potato to cassava flour is 2:1, too much cassava flour to chew
2. Sugar can be added to the finished bowl
