Hang Jiao Beef Tenderloin

Mince 2 cloves of garlic, mince 2 slices of ginger, and shred 20g onion.

Ingredients: 140 grams of beef, cut into strips 0.5 cm wide and 5 cm long. Cut four hang peppers diagonally into sections, slightly shorter than shredded beef. Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons of low-salt soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1.5 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of tomato sauce, mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 0.5g of pepper, 2 tablespoons of egg whites, 0.5g of baking soda or 1 teaspoon of fresh pineapple juice to the shredded beef. Grasp evenly with your hands to absorb the juice.
