You can use fondant skin for decoration, but it’s for your baby. I still use white kidney bean paste for flowers and decoration. Take 30 grams of fried white kidney bean paste and add 60 grams of glutinous rice flour. Add a little bit of water and stir until it becomes soft. Some dough, steamed in a pot. Add a small amount of white kidney bean paste to the steamed dough and knead it into a sticky dough, then add a small amount of fried glutinous rice flour and knead hard.

For better operation, you can use cooked glutinous rice flour as hand flour. The dough is divided into 5 portions. The white dough uses more and more portions, and the remaining 4 portions are smaller. Add red, green, and sky blue to these four portions. One drop of each orange pigment, knead well and put it in a fresh-keeping bag for later use. Take some of the blue dough and white dough and mix them well. If you like a darker color, add more blue dough. If you like a lighter color, reduce the amount of blue dough. Grasp it yourself and knead it evenly until the desired color appears. Roll out the good dough, use a mold to cut out shapes that are the same size as the biscuits, brush a little water on the surface of the biscuits, spread the dough pieces on the surface of the biscuits, use toothpicks or tools to press out the patterns

Take some white dough and knead it into small balls, and press it into the required place with a tool, as shown in the picture, all decorated and set aside, pay attention to each step of the operation to be covered with plastic wrap to prevent dry skin

Use the above method to knead the dough of different colors. I like the light color. The color of the dough kneaded with pigment is too heavy, and white dough is added to neutralize it. Take the orange dough into a drop shape, wrap it on a toothpick, and make a flower core

Take a small piece of dough and press it into a small round piece by hand. The edge part can be thinned by hand, and wrap around the flower core to make it sticky.
