Happy Pumpkin
1.
The pieces of fish bought in the supermarket are said to be deep-sea fish. The bones and scales have been shaved and cleaned up. It just saves me trouble! Other ingredients: pumpkin, garlic cloves, ginger, tempeh are all ready.
2.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Wash the tempeh and chop into fine pieces. Slice the ginger and smash the garlic.
3.
After the fish is thawed, drain the water, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, egg white, cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes.
4.
Slowly fry the fish pieces in a pan with oil and low heat until golden on both sides. When frying the fish, be patient. You must fry one side before frying the other side, otherwise the fish pieces will be scattered and rotten, which will affect the appearance.
5.
The fried fish cubes are set aside for later use.
6.
Put the garlic cloves in another oil pan until fragrant.
7.
Add tempeh and sauté until fragrant.
8.
Add the pumpkin and stir fry for a while.
9.
Add a little hot water and continue to stir fry.
10.
Cover the pot and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
11.
Simmer until the pumpkin is soft, you can add appropriate amount of sugar and salt to taste.
12.
Add fish cubes, add a few drops of Maggi Fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Be careful not to turn the fish pieces up when you stir fry.
13.
Make a plate and enjoy! Pumpkin is sweet and waxy, fish is crispy and fragrant, it is another good dish to go with wine!
