Autumn is a harvest season. Come with an authentic northeastern dish and stew in the northeast. In order to cater to this harvest season, we call it a big harvest!

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces of beans, wash the pork chops, cook in cold water until boiling, strain out the blood, and serve.

2. Scallion, sliced ginger, dried red pepper, rock sugar, star anise ready

3. Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry with rock sugar. Pour in the pork ribs just after the water. Stir fry a few times. Pour the fried ribs into Adi pot or pressure cooker for 15 minutes

4. When the ribs are cooked, change to a clean saucepan. Add spare beans, pumpkin and cooked ribs. Add a little bit of pepper and salt to add bone soup. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:

Be careful not to add salt when stewing ribs in a pressure cooker. Adding salt will make the ribs old and not easy to simmer. Salt and other ribs are simmered when adding pumpkin and beans.
