Have You Ever Tried Pizza Made from Dumpling Skins?
1.
Wash the onions, red peppers, and green peppers (yellow peppers are best) and finely chop them into cubes. Prepare an appropriate amount of diced peas for later use;
2.
Wash the white prawns, remove their heads and shells, and pick the prawn thread (pick it from the middle with a toothpick, and you can draw out a complete prawn thread~)
3.
Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, salt, and pepper for ten minutes;
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the sliced onion, red and green peppers, and peas, and stir-fry to change the color;
5.
Pour oil in the pan, pour the processed shrimp into the pan and fry until 80% cooked;
6.
Arrange 9 dumpling wrappers in a row, and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce (tomato sauce) on each dumpling wrapper;
7.
Spread greased paper on the baking tray, spread the fried side dishes on each skin, and then put a fried shrimp on top;
8.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese;
9.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down 180 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.

Only mozzarella can pull out the long shreds of cheese.
Tips:
❥ Green peppers can be replaced with yellow peppers, the color matching is better (I didn't buy it);
❥ The skin of dumplings must be fresh, not overnight, which will affect the taste;
❥ Try to choose ingredients that are not watery and easy to cook for the side dishes;
❥ Pizza sauce can be replaced by tomato sauce.
