Hawthorn Cake

Fresh hawthorn

Deseed the hawthorn, wash and drain

Put white sugar and rock sugar in the pot

Pour in the hawthorn, add a small amount of water, not too much, don’t use the hawthorn

Cook until thick, while stirring

Cook until only the thick syrup is turned off

Pour into a blender and break

Pour into a clean container and smooth the surface, let it cool completely, or put it in the refrigerator for two hours after it has cooled.
