Hawthorn Glutinous Rice Cake

Ingredients: 150 grams of glutinous rice, 200 grams of hawthorn cake, 30 grams of white sugar, a little medlar

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 4 hours.

Put it in a rice cooker, add water to about 1 cm of the rice grains, press the cooking button, and cook for 20 minutes.

Put the cooked glutinous rice into the bread machine while it is hot, add sugar, and start the kneading function.

The glutinous rice is stirred to become viscous, take it out, and set aside.

Cut the hawthorn cake into the shape of a mold, about 3-5 mm thick.

Stick water with your hands, take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice balls, put them in a container covered with plastic wrap, and spread them out.

Spread a layer of hawthorn cake on top of the glutinous rice, so that it overlaps for a total of five layers.

Spread glutinous rice on the fifth layer.
10.
Pull the plastic wrap to buckle out the glutinous rice cake.
11.
Move it to the plate and place medlar decoration on the surface.
Tips:
The shape of the glutinous rice cake depends on the container.
If you like hawthorn more, you can spread the hawthorn cake thicker.
If the container is small, only three layers can be made.
