Hazel Mushroom Stewed Chicken Soup

The hazel mushrooms are rinsed quickly, cleaned for later use, and cut into pieces

Half of the chicken is cleaned

Put cold water into the pot and boil until it rolls and remove it, rinse again and set aside

Put chicken nuggets in a casserole

Add hazel mushrooms

Add in water without any ingredients

Add green onions and sliced ginger

After boiling until tumbling, change to medium-low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
