Assorted egg pancakes with lots of ingredients will give you full energy.
There are many kinds of ingredients in the omelet, prawns, hazel mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, millet flour, corn flour, eggs, so many kinds of ingredients, called assorted cakes. They are all good ingredients, eat a nutritious and balanced assorted pie, full of energy, and refreshing all morning.

Assorted Egg Waffles

1. Pick and wash the cabbage and carrots

2. The hazel mushrooms are soaked in advance and then boiled in a pot for 10 minutes. The prawns are cooked

3. Chopped hazel mushrooms and prawns

5. Chinese cabbage leaves

6. Chopped cabbage leaves

7. Beat the eggs into the container

8. Add wheat flour

9. Add corn flour

10. Add salt and pepper and stir well

11. Add hazel mushrooms, prawns and carrots and stir well

12. Add the cabbage and stir evenly into a batter

13. Add a little oil to the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of batter and fry evenly, fry out, cut into pieces and enjoy

Tips:

1. The ingredients are matched according to personal preference.
2. The amount of flour depends on the individual's needs for the thickness and hardness of the omelet. Like soft biscuits, add less flour.
3. Master the heat when frying.
