Tofu and fish go very well, the soup is delicious, and the soup is milky white. Sprinkle with coriander can also clear the heat.

Head Bean Soup

1. Preparation materials: cut the tofu into small pieces, remove the gills of the fish head and scrape the scales, rinse

2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté the ginger slices, and put the fish head

3. Fry the fish head on both sides with low heat

4. Boil water in the stock pot, put the fried fish pieces into the boiling water

5. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium and small heat

6. Add the tofu cubes and cook for another 15 minutes

7. Finally, season with salt and sprinkle with coriander.

Tips:

1 Fry the fish head to get rid of fishy and fresh
2 The fish soup should be milky white, and the water should be boiled before adding the fish
