Head Bean Soup

Simply rub some salt on the surface of the tofu.

Fry the fish heads in a pan over medium heat and warm oil. Add a little salt and fry until slightly yellow on both sides. (The fried picture is trembling, and it will be browner than the picture)

Put the fried fish head in the pan, then add the tofu and ginger slices that have been fried before. (If you don’t like tofu getting old, you can boil it before adding tofu)

Add the hot water that has been cooked in advance, fill the water with the ingredients, and cook on high heat.

Bring the soup to a boil on high heat until milky white, then add coriander. (If tofu is not put in the beginning, tofu can be put together at this time)

Finally, add salt to enhance the flavor after tumbling.
