Head Bean Soup

Wash the fish head and fry in a little bit until golden on both sides.

Cut the ginger and the tofu into cubes and set aside.

Put the fish head, tofu, green onion and ginger into the pot, add salt, chicken powder, pepper, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
The fish soup is milky white.
Tips:
The fish head must be fried in advance and then simmered.
