Head Bean Soup

The mushrooms and tofu are ready, the green onion, ginger and garlic are cut and set aside, and the fish head and tail are ready.

Stir-fry chives, ginger, garlic in hot oil in a pan.

Add the fish head and fish tail to fry.

Add boiling water to the pot, adding enough at a time.

Add tofu after boiling the water.

Add some cooking wine.

Then add some salt.
8.
Then add jade mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.
9.
Add some pepper at the end.
10.
Put some vinegar at the end.
