Head Bean Soup

1. I bought half a big fish head from the vegetable market and cleaned it up

2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan, and when it is 80% hot, let the fish head down and fry it

3. Fry the fish head on both sides

4. Put the two fried fish heads into the casserole of the stew, and pour the right amount of water

5. Spread ginger and green onions on the fish head and bring the water to a boil

7. Three pieces of soft tofu, wash it
