Health Pork Belly Soup

One rough processed pork belly.

Various ingredients are prepared.

Wash the pork belly and blanch it in a pot.

Rinse the red dates, dangshen and lotus seeds.

Put the sliced pork belly into a casserole.

Add lotus seeds and Codonopsis.

Add ginger slices.

Tips:
1: The pork belly used by the wizard was cleaned and blanched before. If it is fresh pork belly, first rinse the mucus on the surface with running water and knead it continuously with flour, but remember not to use excessive force. Knead it for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off, and then add appropriate amount of salt and white vinegar. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes, rinse again, and blanch it in the pot at the end.
2: Lotus seeds can also be soaked in advance. If it is not soaked, it will be like a genie. Boil it with pork belly. If it is soaked lotus seeds, they should not be so long when they are boiled. They can be cooked with corn.
3: Red dates, the soup should not be too long, it will have a sour taste if cooked for too long.
