Health Porridge with Red Dates and Ginkgo

Prepare the ingredients

Red dates soak and clean
3.
Ginkgo (bagged for direct consumption) soak for about 5 minutes

Wash rice
5.
Put in the rice cooker and press the porridge button
6.
Put the ginkgo in the middle and cook
7.
Finally add the red dates and cook for three to five minutes
8.
Add ginger powder and salt before cooking (if you like sweet, you can add sugar)
Tips:
Ginkgo should not be eaten raw, and cooked food should not be overdone
