According to the steaming function of pastry machine, the setting time is 20 minutes (my wotou is very small, and the big one is extended by about 5 minutes)

Tips:
1 The ratio of cornmeal to bean noodles is 1; 1, so that the taste is delicate, I like to add less bean noodles to the rough ones
2 Mix the noodles with cold water, but it should be softer, and it can be formed into a dough.
3 You must wait until the pot is boiled before putting the head in the pot. If the pot is cold under water, the head will be deformed before the hot steam comes up.
