Healthy Congee with Fresh Bamboo Shoots and Mushroom Rib

Prepare small ribs, fresh bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms; use boiling water to blanch the shiitake mushrooms in hot water and soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm hot water to soften and cut into shreds. Fresh bamboo shoots can be cut into small pieces or strips at will

Specially prepared a mixture of white rice, millet and brown rice, which can increase peristalsis and digestion in the intestines!

Put the three kinds of rice in the inner pot, add the ratio of rice to water 1:2.5, and put in pork ribs and shredded shiitake mushrooms

Finally, put the bamboo shoots in the outer pot, about 250cc of water, simmer until the power jumps up and stuffy about 5~10 minutes, and you can season it appropriately before starting the pot.
Tips:
You can change and use any healthy grains and rice you like. The ratio is not fixed, and you can add clams to make it fresher!
