[healthy Meals] Fried Steak with Thai Sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients, use half of the amount to marinate the steak, and save the other half for the salad.

Use a fork to pierce some small eyes on the steak, marinate in the sauce for 4-24 hours, and store in the refrigerator.
Before doing it, take it out 2 hours in advance to warm up.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/175 degrees Celsius.

Fry the steak in a cast iron pan. (I use the All-Clad pan for frying, the effect of sear is very good, I think it is better than cast iron pan)
Preheat the pan on medium-high heat until the pan smokes. The pan does not need to be oiled. Put the steak in the pan, and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until it is dark brown.

After frying, immediately put the pan into the oven. Bake according to the following time.
Rare: 2.5cm-thick steaks are grilled for 5 minutes, 3cm-thick steaks are grilled for 6 minutes, and 4cm-thick steaks are grilled for 7 minutes.
Medium rare: 2.5 cm thick steak is grilled for 6 minutes, 3 cm thick for 7 minutes, 4 cm thick for 8 minutes.
Medium: 2.5 cm thick steak is grilled for 8 minutes, 3 cm thick for 9 minutes, 4 cm thick for 10 minutes.
Medium well: 2.5cm-thick steaks are grilled for 10 minutes, 3cm-thick steaks are grilled for 11 minutes, and 4cm-thick steaks are grilled for 12 minutes.

After grilling, put the steak in the pot, cover with a piece of tin foil, let it stand for 5 minutes, then put it on the cutting board, cut the beef against the grain, and cut the steak at a 45-degree angle with the knife to look good.

Just mix the steak with the remaining sauce and salad, and season with salt and black pepper.
Tips:
1. The grilling time of steak should be flexibly changed according to the area and height of beef, cooking utensils, and firepower of stove. You will be familiar with it after doing it a few times.
2. The London broil steak must be marinated in advance and used in a cast iron pot, otherwise it will dry out easily.
