Healthy Radish and Lamb Soup

Prepare the lamb, wash and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add lamb and cook.

Add cooking wine and rice vinegar to get rid of the mutton smell.

Put the lamb in a casserole and add 1500ml of water. Cover the lid and boil the pot on high heat.
