Henan Fried Pancakes
1.
Cut the green onion, garlic, and green pepper into shreds, and cut the pancake into strips (the pancake I rolled out yesterday, but I deliberately left the pancake).
2.
Add oil in a hot pot, add the onion and garlic and saute.
3.
Add green peppers and a little salt (in fact, sharp peppers are more delicious, because babies can't eat too spicy, so I use green peppers).
4.
Put the pancake strips ➕ a little water, stir-fry for a while evenly, add light soy sauce and a little MSG, and finally put some green onion leaves and enjoy!
Tips:
I like to cut the pancakes wide and add some water when frying. It just so happens that the pancakes are soft and the water in the pan is also dry. After a few times of frying, the pancakes will become crispy. The color of the light soy sauce is also good!
