Herb Asparagus Salmon

Peel the white asparagus and cut into 6cm sections with an oblique knife.

Mix butter, tarragon, salt, black pepper and white asparagus.

Sprinkle the mixed white asparagus pieces evenly on the salmon.

Wrap the salmon in greased paper.

Put the wrapped salmon into the Fangtai steamer, and choose 100℃-16 minutes for steaming.

Beat the whipped cream, chopped tarragon and egg yolk with a whisk for 2 minutes, until the cream is whipped, then add salt and black pepper, stir well, and pour it over the steamed salmon.
