Hollow Hemp Ball

Prepare the required ingredients;

Pour boiling water into the sugar and stir until the sugar melts;

Pour a small amount of sugar water into the glutinous rice flour several times, stir it into a flocculent shape, and then knead it thoroughly to form a "dump";

Divide the dough into 10 portions, each about 25 grams, round it with both hands, cover with a fresh-keeping mold for later use;

Divide the red bean paste into 10 portions, knead round and set aside;

Poke a hole in the middle of the dough with your thumb, then use the hole as the center of the circle to pinch the sides evenly until it forms a deep bowl, put in a piece of bean paste, use the tiger's mouth to turn the dough and slowly close the mouth;

Put the kneaded sesame ball in clean water and roll it around, then take out and shake off the excess water, put it in the sesame seeds, roll evenly with the sesame seeds, and then gently hold the sesame seeds tightly with your hands;

Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, and see the oil pattern. The oil temperature is about 70°C. Slowly fry on low heat until the hemp ball floats. During the period, the hemp ball is kept on the bottom to prevent sticking;

Use the bottom of the colander to turn while pressing until the hemp is swollen and grow to about 5 cm in size, and finally turn to high fire, continue rolling as much as possible to make every side of it fried;
10.
Until the surface of the hemp ball is golden, the skin becomes hard and shaped, and then drain the oil out of the pot!
