Home-cooked Cauliflower

Tips:
Copy the cauliflower in a pot under cold water and remove it immediately after the water is boiled. The cauliflower will taste just right. The broccoli can also be copied in the same way. If you copy the broccoli, don't cover the pot, the broccoli will not be yellow.
