Home Cooked Chicken Stew

Prepare the ingredients, wash and tear off the pleurotus eryngii, wash the vermicelli and set aside, appropriate amount of bean paste!

Tips:
I prefer to eat chicken hands, so although it is home-style stewed chicken, they actually put their favorite parts, including chicken hands, chicken gizzards, and a rounded chicken thigh.
After the wok is fried, put the chicken hands and gizzards in the bottom of the pressure cooker, put the washed vermicelli on the chicken hands, then put the chicken thigh pieces on the vermicelli, then pour the soup, and press for about 15 minutes. Friends who don’t like it can use a pressure cooker instead of a pressure cooker. I’m relatively lazy.
