Home-cooked Fried Noodles
1.
First cut carrots, rapeseed, etc., long, round and flat, as you like.
2.
Cook noodles, wide noodles and fine noodles as you like, haha! I will have to fry it later. I usually cook it half way through, and I don’t need to fish it out.
3.
Separately, put less oil in the pan, sauté the shallots and garlic in the pan, put carrots and rapeseed, and stir-fry for a while.
4.
Put the ham sausage in and stir fry, you can also add dried sausage and squid (first cut into shreds and add water).
5.
Dump the noodles directly into the wok, add oyster sauce and salt, stir fry, add some boiling water, and slurp, so that the noodles have more flavor and can be out of the pan!
Tips:
Thin noodles can also be fried, but it’s best to use cold water; when you fry noodles, you like to stick to the pan. You can put more oil or water for cooking noodles.
