I haven't eaten fried noodles for a long time. I want to eat fried noodles, but I went to a restaurant to eat it because the oil is too big and it feels uncomfortable in the stomach. I should make some at home. It may not taste enough for sale, but it will feel more comfortable when I eat it!

Tips:

Thin noodles can also be fried, but it’s best to use cold water; when you fry noodles, you like to stick to the pan. You can put more oil or water for cooking noodles.
