Home-cooked Partial Fish

Main and auxiliary materials: partial mouth fish, garlic

Clean up the partial mouth fish.

Heat oil, add garlic cloves and fry until cooked, set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Cook into the cooking wine and vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt and sugar to taste

Add spare garlic and cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. When frying garlic, use low heat.
2. When cooking the cooking wine and vinegar, use a strong fire.
