Home-cooked Partial Mouth

Remove the scales and internal organs of the partial mouth fish, and clean them.

Heat oil, add shallots and garlic and saute.

Bring to the fire, add the partial mouth fish.

Cook into the cooking wine.

Then cook an appropriate amount of vinegar.

After evaporation, add some light soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. In order to keep the fish intact, try to reduce the frequency of turning the fish as much as possible.
2. Use a lightly spicy fresh chili sauce, which can remove fishy and improve flavor.
