Home-cooked Recipe of Cold Pork Heart
1.
Wash the pig's heart first, then add some cooking wine, ginger and peppercorns in cold water and cook for half an hour. After the pig's heart is cold, slice it and set aside.
2.
I used to buy hot pot base material to cook hot pot. When I remembered that when I bought it, the customer service said it could be used to mix vegetables, so I tried it.
3.
Put the ginger garlic cubes, green onions, spicy millet, sugar, chicken essence, and light soy sauce in a large bowl, then pour three spoons of spicy space clear oil hot pot base, add some chili noodles and sesame seeds, and put the sliced pork heart in it. Mix well and set aside.
4.
Stuffed peanuts: Heat the pan, add oil and peanuts together, stir fry on a small fire, and wait for the peanuts to change color. The fire must not be too big, or it will get burnt.
5.
Then put the peanuts into the bowl of pork heart, mix evenly and then serve.
Tips:
The base material itself has a salty and numb taste, so if you put a lot of it, don’t add salt or add pepper. I just added pepper, it’s too numb, but the taste is still very good, better than using cooked pepper eat.
