Don't just look at the photos and have no appetite for taro ribs! It's actually a long story. When I prepare this dish to take pictures. Neighbors came to drop by. I can't get up as soon as I sit, chattering endlessly...until my baby is humming to take a nap, and the neighbor will go home. After I coaxed my baby to sleep, I remembered my cooking stuff. Open the lid and see that the taro ribs are thick and lumpy. No way to take pictures is decent. Alas... I can't tell the difference between taro and ribs.

1. Ingredients: Lipu Taro Pork Ribs, Garlic Rice, Scallion and Ginger Slices. Seasoning: Soy sauce and oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, rock sugar, chicken powder, pepper.

8. Turn to high heat and simmer until the soup is boiling, then add the seasonings.

9. Change to low fire. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the meat is tender.

10. Add the taro cubes and continue to cook over low heat.
