Ingredients: Lipu Taro Pork Ribs, Garlic Rice, Scallion and Ginger Slices. Seasoning: Soy sauce and oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, rock sugar, chicken powder, pepper.

Heat the pan, add oil, heat until oily on high heat, put the taro chunks in the oil pan, fry on low heat for about 1 minute until the surface of the taro chunks is slightly hard, then pick up and drain the oil for later use.

Add the taro cubes and continue to cook over low heat.
