Prepare the materials.

Cut the ginger, garlic, green and red pepper into small pieces with scissors.

After the fish is slaughtered and cleaned up, put a cutting knife on the fish body, put the shredded ginger, a little salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Pour a little oil in the pan and fry the marinated fish until it reaches.

After frying one side, turn over and fry the other side. (Remember to tap when you turn it over)

Leave the remaining oil, sauté ginger and garlic slices.

Put the fried fish in.

Add a small teaspoon of salt, half a spoon of white sugar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, a small teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, white pepper, a little bean paste, half a spoon of soy sauce, and half a bowl of boiling water.
