Prepare the materials.

After the chicken legs are thawed, cut a knife on the chicken legs and remove the bones.

Cut the ginger, garlic slices, and small peppers for later use.

Dice chicken legs, add ginger, chili, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, white pepper, a little salt, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it well.

Pour oil in the pot and stir-fry the marinated chicken thighs.
