Prepare the required ingredients: spicy cabbage, pork blood, pork belly mushroom, oily gluten

Heat oil in a pan and saute the shallots and garlic

Add a piece of hot pot base and stir fry until fragrant

Add spicy cabbage and stir fry until fragrant

Add shredded pork and pork belly mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant

Add some boiling water

Cover the pot and cook

Pour pork blood and oily gluten into the pot and cook for five minutes

Add a little salt to taste
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add more chili and hot pot base, and put less or no salt in it.
