The second step is to find a larger microwave bowl and put some tap water in the bowl.

In the third step, put the small bowl and sweet potatoes into a large bowl with water.

The fourth step is to put them in the microwave together.

The fifth step, the firepower of my microwave oven is the default. I don’t know if it’s high or medium. I just press it for 5 minutes and turn it over and press it for 5 minutes. If it’s not soft to the touch, I press it for 5 minutes and touch it again. It's soft, OK is out. If you can adjust it to the maximum firepower, try it for 3 minutes first, open it carefully, and then heat it carefully, touch it with your hands, turn it over and heat it for 3 minutes, touch it again, and it will be OK until it is soft.

The sixth step, out of the oven, choose the red heart, which is sweet and delicious.
Tips:
Choose sweet potatoes with red hearts, the roasted ones are sweeter and more delicious.

Regarding the question of how long to bake, this is actually a flexible question, as long as the sweet potatoes are soft on both sides, it is OK. The roasting time for big sweet potatoes is longer, and the roasting time for small sweet potatoes is shorter. It is best to turn on the highest firepower, which is easy to control by yourself.
