Home-made Liver-snipping Tip

Put a little white vinegar in the water and soak the liver for more than half an hour.

Cut the soaked pork liver into thin slices.

Add a small amount of vinegar and sugar, and an appropriate amount of cornstarch, mix well.

Prepare black fungus, sliced cucumber, sliced garlic, shredded ginger, shredded red pepper, and sliced green onion.

Put more oil in the wok and pour the liver.

Tips:
1. The pig liver must be soaked before frying, because pig liver is the largest detoxification organ in the body of toxicants. If the liver's various toxic substances are not eliminated, or the detoxification function is reduced, then the toxic substances will remain.
2. Don't try to be tender when eating pork liver. If you are afraid that it will not be cooked, you can add a little water, and then cover and braise.
