Home-style Braised Pomfret
1.
Remove the internal organs of the pomfret, wash it, and set aside. Because this pomfret is relatively small, there is no change to the flower knife. If you are making a large pomfret, it is best to change it to a flower knife, which is easy to taste.
2.
Cut the pork into thin slices and set aside.
3.
Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into pieces for later use.
4.
2-3 spoons of noodle sauce, add water and stir well. Here is ordinary noodle sauce, not bean paste or sweet noodle sauce.
5.
Add oil to the pot and put the pork in the pot. Don't add too much oil, because the pork will be oily during the frying process.
6.
When the fat on the pork is basically fried, add a small amount of light soy sauce and stir fry, then add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
7.
Pour the watered noodle sauce into the pot, then pour the pomfret into the pot, simmer on high heat, turn to medium heat and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. The stewing time here can be adjusted by yourself, because the more stewed the fish, the more fragrant it is. Roll the tofu and the fish 😊.
8.
You can sprinkle some chopped green onions or leeks on the plate. PS: This picture is not mine. It was downloaded from the Internet. Next time, I will not forget to take the finished picture again 😓.
Tips:
You can braise all kinds of sea fish in the same way. You can try it. If you don't have any children to eat, add a little red pepper to taste better.
