Amaranth is pronounced "Khancai" on our side. I never knew what its scientific name is before. I remember that I ate with my sisters when I was young. As long as I had this dish, I would rush to put the vegetable water into the rice and turn it into Red rice is delicious

Home-style Fried Amaranth

1. Pick off the head of the amaranth, wash and set aside

2. Heat up some oil in the pot

3. Add garlic cloves and sauté

4. Pour in the amaranth and stir fry quickly

5. After frying, add salt

6. Add some MSG and stir fry together

7. Finally, the soup comes out, stir fry evenly, then it can be out of the pot

Amaranth is easy to cook, so it shouldn’t be too long!
